Complimentary delivery, seven days a week.
We deliver throughout Orange County, Monday–Sunday, during our 9 AM–6 PM business hours. Because we hand-select every flower fresh on the day of your order, requests received before 2 PM may be eligible for delivery later that day depending on design and flower availability. After 2 PM, the earliest delivery is generally the following day.
Please inquire early for major holidays, custom designs, large arrangements, and time-sensitive occasions. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Add your preferred timing to the inquiry and our studio will confirm the available delivery plan with you.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient phone number, gate code, and suite or unit information. When a recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe shaded location or with reception where appropriate. If delivery cannot be completed, redelivery may require an additional fee.
Every arrangement is genuinely one of a kind.
Our gallery photographs show the design direction. Catalog orders use the arrangement and options you select at checkout. The final arrangement is created specifically for your recipient using the confirmed palette, scale, presentation, budget, and the freshest available flowers.
When necessary, our designer may substitute flowers, foliage, ribbon, wrapping, or vessels with elements of equal or greater value. We prioritize the feeling of the design and will contact you if a significant change is needed.
Fresh flowers require timely care.
Catalog arrangements may be paid for at online checkout. Your payment confirmation records the arrangement, selected options, and requested delivery date; our studio confirms delivery availability and timing personally. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund. Custom-design and subscription inquiries require a separate quote and payment arrangement. Requests to change or cancel an order should be made at least 24 hours before delivery. Same-day and fresh-flower orders become final once sourcing or design has begun. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
If there is a quality concern, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at lushflowersca@gmail.com and include a clear photo. We will review the arrangement promptly and, when appropriate, offer care guidance, a replacement, or another fair resolution.
Recurring beauty with room to change.
Every subscription begins with a consultation. After the flowers, cadence, delivery schedule, price, and payment arrangements are confirmed, you may cancel anytime with no cancellation fees by contacting the studio. You can also contact us to pause, skip, or update your plan.
Subscription designs follow your saved palette and preferences while changing with the seasons. Gift subscriptions may include a recurring card message, which can be updated by contacting us.
Always Remembered graveside service is subject to cemetery access, container, photography, and flower-removal policies. A placement photograph confirms the completed visit, but weather and cemetery maintenance may affect how long flowers remain.
Help your flowers stay beautiful.
For vase arrangements, refresh the water every two days and trim stems at an angle when possible.
For foam-based designs, add a small amount of fresh water daily without overfilling the vessel.
Remove fading blooms gently so the remaining flowers can continue to open beautifully.

We offer complimentary delivery throughout Orange County, California. Include the ZIP code in your inquiry and our studio will confirm the address and delivery plan.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?+
Our gallery is offered as inspiration. Each arrangement is made specifically for the recipient using seasonal flowers, your preferences, and the confirmed design direction, so it will be personal rather than an exact copy.
Can I include a card message?+
Absolutely. Add your message at checkout or in your custom inquiry. You may also request an anonymous gift, in which case the sender’s name will not appear on the enclosure card.
What happens if the recipient is unavailable?+
We may leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location, with reception, or with a doorman when appropriate. If a safe delivery cannot be completed, we will contact the sender or recipient. A second delivery attempt may require a redelivery fee.
Can I request a specific delivery time?+
You may add a preferred time window in the delivery notes. We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, but we will do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests.
How do subscriptions work?+
Choose one, two, or three floral deliveries per month, a romantic reminder plan, an Always Remembered graveside plan, or a tailored office program. Every subscription can be customized through a personal consultation. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Contact our studio to cancel, pause, or skip a delivery.
Do you design weddings and events?+

Do you create funeral or graveside flowers?+
Yes. We create funeral tributes, celebration-of-life flowers, sympathy arrangements, and one-time or recurring graveside flower placements. Graveside plans include a photograph after each completed visit and are subject to the cemetery’s access and placement policies.
